The service
Photo2Report is a NorthKit Labs software service for organizing job photos and creating reports, marketing content, internal records, and photo archives. Features and reasonable usage limits may change as the service improves. Where practical, material changes will be communicated through the product or the contact information on your account.
Your account
Use your own verified account, provide accurate information, and keep access secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for confirming that project details, visibility settings, and sharing choices are correct.
Your photos and project content
You keep ownership of the material you upload. You give NorthKit Labsa limited permission to store, process, resize, and use that material only to operate Photo2Report and the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and any required consent to upload, process, and share it.
Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, or material that violates another person's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.
AI-assisted content
AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are editable drafts, not verified facts or guarantees. You must compare every draft with the underlying work, photos, notes, and applicable professional requirements before using or sharing it.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Pro is billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Stripe handles complete card details. Photo2Report may display limited billing details, such as card brand, last four digits, expiration date, plan status, and invoice information, to manage your plan; it does not store your complete card number or CVC.
You can update payment details or cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and Pro remains available through the paid period. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, use our private support form.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available and without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep independent copies of records that are critical to your business. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NorthKit Labs is not responsible for decisions, claims, missed obligations, or indirect losses caused by relying on an unreviewed report.
Ending your use
You may stop using Photo2Report at any time. The Account page lets you manage a subscription or permanently delete your account and stored data. Access may also be limited for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or a material violation of these terms.
