What Photo2Report does
The product organizes photos by project, area, stage, caption, and audience. From the current project, a user can create a customer PDF, private internal record, marketing output, or organized photo archive.
A normal completion report can use completed-work photos only. Before photos remain optional unless the user chooses a genuine same-area Before and Completed comparison.

Photo2Report is operated by NorthKit Labs. Product, account, privacy, and billing questions can be sent through the private support form.
Honest product boundaries
Photo2Report does not replace professional judgment, inspections, safety review, legal advice, or a required compliance workflow. AI does not verify that work happened and must not invent tasks, causes, measurements, materials, or guarantees.
Uploaded project content stays private to the signed-in workspace unless the user deliberately creates and shares an output. See the Privacy notice for processing, retention, and deletion details.

Review the real sample report, then create a device-only preview from your own photos. The preview requires no signup and nothing uploads unless you explicitly continue.
